Beyond the Physical Benefits of Yoga
I am the founder and main instructor of Fluid Stillness In Flow, an online yoga and sound meditation centre. I am passionate about helping clients reach their full potential and achieve inner peace.

My practise is unique in that it specialises in a neuroepigenetic style of yoga and meditation. This style is a fusion of classic Hatha yoga, focused breathing, and modern-day sound meditation, all designed to leave you feeling refreshed, deeply relaxed, and subtly energised.
My mission is to help individuals reach new heights within their practise and their experiences. I want to inspire and teach the power of mindfulness, social intelligence, and belief in possibility.
